1993
 Creation of Maison Chance, a welcome center for orphaned children in Saigon, Vietnam.
1995  A home was purchased for the orphans, and another home was rented to accommodate the 10 paralyzed adults who had been abandoned.  Here, a small community was formed and the orphans and the young adults confined to wheelchairs began a new life together.  Several programs were developed at this time as well, including, physical rehabilitation, literacy, and an introductory course in painting.
1996

 A 450 m2 plot of land was purchased for the construction of living quarters that would be adapted to the needs of people in wheelchairs.

1997
 Construction of communal buildings for the disabled.  A new house was purchased to accommodate the growing need for more space.
1998
 Legalization of the association Maison Chance, and acquisition of an operating license in Vietnam.
1999

 Vocational training programs were offered in Information Technology, Sewing and Textile design.  Sewing and drawing workshops were built, as well as a garage for wheelchairs, bicycles and motorcycles belonging to staff.

2000
 A 1,200 m2 plot of land was purchased for the construction of the Take Wing Center, a place for vocational training and programs.
2001

 Marketable products were now being produced in each of the different workshops.

2003

 The surface of the Maison Chance shelter was raised by 1 meter to fight against flooding.

2004

 Preparations and fundraising began for a new vocational training center, called the Take Wing Centre.

2005
 Construction of the new Take Wing Center began.
2006

 Grand opening of the Take Wing Center; featuring a new vocational training program in working with bamboo, a library, and guestrooms to accommodate foreign volunteers.

2007

 The new Village Chance project gets underway, starting with a purchase of a 3,513 m2 plot of land near the Take Wing Center and Maison Chance Shelter.

2009

 Construction of Village Chance begins.

2010 Renovation of Maison Chance Shelter.
2011 Completion and opening of the Village Chance who welcomes its first residents.


At the international level


1996  Creation of Maison Chance Association in France and Switzerland.
2006  Creation of Maison Chance Association in Belgium.
2007  A Vietnamese television program broadcasted on YouTube allows the Vietnamese community abroad to learn about Maison Chance.
2008  Creation of Maison Chance Association in the US and in Canada.
2009

 Creation of the Federation of Maison Chance Associations in Lyon, France.

2010

 Creation of Maison Chance Association in Australia
