Die Bewohner leben als eine gro\u00dfe Familie, wobei die Menschen mit Behinderungen die Kinder mit ihren Lebenserfahrungen beaufsichtigen und anleiten. Die Kinder helfen wiederum den Rollstuhlfahrern, indem sie T\u00e4tigkeiten ausf\u00fchren, die die Rollstuhlfahrer allein nicht bew\u00e4ltigen k\u00f6nnten. Durch die Anwesenheit von Menschen mit Behinderung, die als Eltern oder Geschwister fungieren, erfahren die Waisen- und Stra\u00dfenkinder Liebe und F\u00fcrsorge.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Seit der Gr\u00fcndung im Jahr 1993 haben die Bewohner kostenlosen Zugang zu medizinischer Versorgung, Bildung und einer Unterkunft. color: #000000;\">Von Montag bis Samstag holt ein rollstuhlgerechter Bus mit 29 Pl\u00e4tzen die Menschen mit Behinderung um 6.40 Uhr ab und bringt sie zum Take Wing Center, wo sie eine Berufsausbildung absolvieren k\u00f6nnen, bevor sie am sp\u00e4ten Nachmittag wieder in der Unterkunft abgesetzt werden.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Wenn die Menschen mit Behinderung die Berufsausbildung abgeschlossen haben und in der Lage sind, zu arbeiten und sich selbst zu versorgen, werden sie, je nachdem was sie bevorzugen, in die Gesellschaft oder in Village Chance reintegriert. Waisenkinder werden ebenso wie die Mitglieder mit Behinderung integriert, nachdem sie die Schule oder eine Ausbildung abgeschlossen haben und sich selbst versorgen k\u00f6nnen. Die meisten der hier ausgebildeten Menschen arbeiten nach Abschluss ihrer Ausbildung im Take Wing Center.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">In den letzten 28 Jahren sind viele weniger privilegierte Menschen in das Heim gekommen, haben sich in die Gesellschaft integriert und ihr Leben so umgestaltet, dass sie zielstrebiger und unabh\u00e4ngiger werden konnten.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Ganz gleich, wohin die Mitglieder gehen, Maison Chance wird immer einen besonderen Platz in ihren Herzen behalten. Mehrere verwaiste Mitglieder haben beschlossen, nach Abschluss ihres Studiums und dem Sammeln von Erfahrungen im Maison Chance zu arbeiten.
