On December 31, 2021, Maison Chance held a ceremony to award the Best Employee of the Year \u2013 Rebeaud Award 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Phung Lien Doan, a benefactor, came up with the idea and is the sole sponsor of the Rebeaud Award, which will be awarded in seven years. However, there are some outstanding employees who stand out above the rest.
