To honor and pay tribute to employees who have a high spirit of dedication and volunteering for the development of Maison Chance Organization. On December 31, 2021, Maison Chance held a ceremony to award the Best Employee of the Year – Rebeaud Award 2021.
Mr. Phung Lien Doan, a benefactor, came up with the idea and is the sole sponsor of the Rebeaud Award, which will be awarded in seven years. This award is to honor the commitment and motivation of the employees while also spreading the beautiful values that Ms. Aline Rebeaud, the organization’s founder and manager, has dedicated and developed for nearly 30 years.

There is no denying the contribution and dedication of all employees who are trying their best to keep the Maison Chance organization’s activities running as smoothly as possible. However, there are some outstanding employees who stand out above the rest. Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ly, an HR cum accountant at the Maison Chance’s Project Office, was eventually named the winner of the Rebeaud Award for 2021.
