Closing Ceremony For The Four Session Of The Asian-European Cake Course: New Road Ahead

The closing ceremony of the 4th Asian-European baking class marked the end of a meaningful journey for 10 students. It was not only a milestone in their maturity, but also a sweet fruit of their perseverance and passion for the profession.

Ms. Tim was also in attendance at the ceremony and sent sincere congratulations to the students, encouraging them to continue pursuing their chosen path. For 8 months, the students received comprehensive training in 19 types of baked cakes and 24 types of cold cakes, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

This special class brings together teenagers from difficult circumstances who are developmentally delayed, some who have mild disabilities or are hearing impaired. Although there were many surprises at first, thanks to the constant efforts of both teachers and students, they all overcame them to complete the program.

Duy Minh, a student, emotionally shared: ‘I have a dream of opening my bakery’. Meanwhile, Van Thanh, Nan Phu, and many other friends expressed their desire to learn and improve their skills to discover more new types of cakes. They admitted that although the initial journey was difficult, the time studying here helped them realize their true passion.

The ceremony ended with excitement and pride, but it also set the stage for a fresh and bright path. The teenagers are getting closer to their goals as they gain knowledge, skills, and self-confidence. Making cakes is more than just a meal, it is also a sign of hope and initiative for a fresh start in the future.
